Front Porch Terrazzo & Exterior Wall Plastering

1 · Executive Summary

Exterior rehabilitation and entrance enhancement project for the church sanctuary and auditorium. Scope entails casting and polishing high-durability speckled terrazzo flooring across the front porch and entrance stairs (KSh 50,000), complete external wall plastering to repair, seal, and smooth all exterior outside walls (KSh 80,000), and applying weather-resistant protective coatings and finishing paint (KSh 20,000). This proposal invites partners — individuals, churches, businesses, and the diaspora — to co-labour with Redeemed Gospel Church Eldoret in completing this work, with full quarterly reporting and an annual independent audit.

2 · Objectives

• Complete the defined scope within 12 months of full funding.
• Serve the most vulnerable first, vetted by the elders' committee.
• Report to every partner quarterly with site photos, receipts, and audited figures.
• Glory to God alone: every commemorative plaque reads “Soli Deo Gloria”.
